About our Founder
Sara Eichinger is the founder of Elemental Motion and is the driving force behind all we do. She has been a personal trainer since 2013 and started Natural Fitness 704 in 2017. Sara holds her personal training certification through NCCPT and is a Certified Perinatal Fitness Specialist. Her certifications also include the Biomechanics Method, Exercise Management for Chronic Illness Individuals, & has taught Silver Sneakers, Barre Fusion, and a myriad of other group fitness classes in her career. Sara is always motivated to find the right exercise for the individual and believes that fitness is for EVERYONE and ALL Bodies and Abilities.
She decided to start a new company, Elemental Motion when she and her family relocated to Grafton, Ohio from the Charlotte, NC area. She knew that her company needed a fresh start, new name, and with a slightly different mission than Natural Fitness 704. Never the less, her main focus and mission remains the same: to provide her community and clients a space for health and happiness to flourish.
Her next phase of Elemental Motion will be to provide a physical space for community together & focus on all elements that connect us all. She is excited to provide her community with a hub for health and wellness. It is her goal to create an online and physical community where people can come together, share ideas, inspiration, and be healthy together. The healthier we are, the happier we are. The happier we are as individuals, the more likely we are to help others in need. Elemental Motion helps you find out what may be out of balance to help you realign and utilize your inner STRENGTH
More than just Personal Training
Earth, Air, Water, Fire. These are Earth’s elements and for us to be truly healthy, all of these elements should be balanced and aligned within ourselves. Our aim is to provide you with wellness opportunities for you to live your healthiest and happiest life.
Elemental Motion was born from Natural Fitness 704, a mobile and virtual personal training company out of Charlotte, NC. The main concept in which our founder, Sara Eichinger, believes converts our health and wellness desires and goals into habitual action that fits into our lives naturally. Your health and fitness routine should not be another stressful “to-do” item on your checklist, nor should you be on a diet that is not sustainable & is just a calorie deficit. Your health and fitness should be a cornerstone of your life, and it should be something that you look forward to do, that’s where we come in. We meet you where you are at to help you get to where you want to go. Everyone’s health and fitness journey looks different. Depending on which areas of life you feel like need balancing, we are here to support you & help you thrive.
Each element of Earth is represented by our different services, & our corporate wellness programs also incorporate all of the following:

Earth is our Nutrition, where we have classes from nutritional guidance, grocery shopping. to growing and preparing your own vegetables.

Air is our Mental Health and Spirituality. We have classes focused on breath-work, guided meditation, yoga, dance, art therapy, and mental health resources for you so you can get the mental health help you need. Spirituality means different things to different people. We are not here to judge nor push any religion, we just encourage you to have faith in something higher than ones self.

Water is our Prenatal and Postpartum Wellness courses, fitness classes, and personal training. We all come from water, and these services are designed to help those who plan to become pregnant, who are pregnant, and who have had children from a certified perinatal personal trainer.

Fire is our Fitness & Personal Training services. Fire is the master of transformation. When you focus on your fitness and health, you have the power to transform your life.
